Occupational medicine
Occupational health care under ArbMedVV
The German Ordinance on Occupational Health Care (ArbMedVV) requires medical preventive care for employees according to their exposure to risk. We organise, schedule and deliver the assessments at your workplace or our centre.
Mandatory, offered and employee-requested preventive care
ArbMedVV distinguishes three types of preventive care with different legal consequences: mandatory care is a prerequisite for starting certain duties, offered care must be offered by the employer, and employee-requested care must be made available on request. We assign each activity to the correct category.
- Assigning activities to mandatory, offered and employee-requested preventive care
- Planning based on your workplace risk assessment
- Preventive care register with a complete overview of deadlines
Appointments and deadlines
We remind you when occupational health appointments are due and coordinate them with your staffing plans, either at your workplace or at our occupational health centre, whichever is more practical for you.
Preventive care certificate and documentation
Medical findings remain strictly confidential with the physician. As the employer, you receive only the required occupational health certificate.
