Occupational medicine
Occupational physician services under ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2
Every business needs occupational physician support from its first employee. We provide a dedicated occupational physician, calculate the required service hours and manage all documentation so you can demonstrate compliance at any time.
Basic and occasion-specific support
DGUV Regulation 2 defines the required scope of occupational physician services. We determine the scope based on your industry and workforce size, plan the basic support and remain available for specific needs.
- Calculating service hours under Annex 2 of DGUV Regulation 2
- Regular workplace inspections with the occupational physician
- Advice when premises change, new processes are introduced or concerns arise
Cooperation in the occupational safety committee
Your occupational physician attends safety committee meetings, assesses workplace risks from a medical perspective and works closely with the occupational safety specialist. We can provide both roles if required.
Documentation and reporting
All services are documented for audit purposes. You receive annual reports and records that you can submit directly to the statutory accident insurance institution and supervisory authorities.
How we work together
- 1Needs assessment: industry, employee count and risks
- 2Service agreement with fixed support hours
- 3Ongoing support: inspections, consultations and safety committee meetings
- 4Annual report and records for authorities and accident insurance institutions
