Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern contracts concluded through the website of ASZ Sicherheits- und Zertifizierungsgesellschaft mbH for digital training and related services, with both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C). Any differing terms of the customer apply only if we have expressly agreed to them.
§ 2 Formation of the contract
The presentation of training packages on this website does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the booking process, you submit a binding offer; the contract is formed when we confirm your booking by email or activate your access.
§ 3 Scope of services
The scope of services is set out in the relevant package description. It generally includes access to video and audio lessons, a final exam and, after passing the exam, a personalised PDF certificate.
§ 4 Prices and payment
The prices displayed during booking apply. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during booking; company customers may pay by invoice by agreement.
§ 5 Access and rights of use
Training access is personal and non-transferable. Platform content must not be copied, recorded or made available to third parties. For company bookings, each named person receives a separate account.
§ 6 Consumers' right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. For digital content, this right expires if you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged that this results in the loss of your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
[Full withdrawal instructions and a model withdrawal form will be added]
§ 7 Availability
We endeavour to ensure high platform availability. Brief interruptions, for example for maintenance, may occur and do not give rise to claims for defects provided access to the booked training remains available overall.
§ 8 Liability
We accept unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In cases of ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
§ 9 Data protection
Information about how we process personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
§ 10 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of ASZ Sicherheits- und Zertifizierungsgesellschaft mbH. If any individual provisions are invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
